1. Pick Sunday for as the date that you will return to work, rather than Monday – Saturday since the unemployment week begins on Monday and ends on Saturday.
2. Choose working full-time and laid-off which will prompt you to the stand-by option where you can choose your return to workday.
3. If you are signing up for the first time don’t try to register and file your weekly claim under the same login attempt. Log out, then log back in to file your weekly claim.
4. It can take up to 2 hours to get through the process on-line because Employment Securities computer systems are overloaded. If the web site freezes up, or if it times out you will need to log back in and continue from where you left off. I hope this helps.
