The Foreman Development Series (FDS) continues its second year with more modules scheduled through the first two quarters of 2026. These classes are all hosted by NECA and IBEW Local 76 at the Training Center, and they are a great way to learn from subject-matter experts, share knowledge and experiences with each other, and strengthen our Local together! Reminder that all FDS courses are WA State approved for 4 CEUs each, and you don’t have to take the courses in order. For those who participated last year, please take the chance to attend those courses you missed last school year.

Modules 6-9 have been scheduled and registration is open:

Module 6: Man-Loading & Scheduling – Tuesday, March 17^th  

Module 7: Managing Production – Tuesday, April 21^st

Module 8: Safety – Friday, May 22^nd  

Module 9: Communication – Tuesday, June 23^rd  

FDS module classes are held from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the JATC, and dinner is provided. Registration is free for members and is limited to the first 16 applicants. To register: please email NECA at office@necasww.org or call the Chapter Office at 253-584-4095.
